Harlan Electric Company (Harlan Electric) crews upgraded the distribution system to the 2227 Feeder in Johnston to accommodate newly constructed 9,400 solar site (1,380 MW) and five 3 MW wind turbine site developments for Southern Sky Renewable Energy, LLC.
