In a major test of manpower, rapid-response capabilities, equipment, and expertise, Harlan Electric Company (Harlan Electric) crews helped restore power in the aftermath of Hurricane Irma, the strongest
hurricane ever recorded outside the Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean Sea. Packing 130-mph winds as a Category 4 storm when its eye made landfall in Florida, Irma wreaked havoc across nine states, including Florida and Georgia.
