Lisbon Fusion Solar ^{Clean Energy}

Harlan Electric Company (Harlan Electric) crews installed six miles of new 556 tree-wire 23kV express feeder from the Tunnel Street Substation in Norwich to the DEPCOM Fusion Solar Plant in Sprague. As part of the project, they also installed six miles of new 1/0 tree-wire underbuild, converting the existing single-phase 4kV distribution to a new 23kV underbuild circuit, and installed 300 poles along with multiple step-down transformers for the 23kV conversion to existing customers.
