Harlan Electric Company (Harlan Electric) crews installed 13 miles of conductor from the Walpole Substation to Holbrook Substation, crossing Interstate 95, Routes 1, 24, 38, and 1A, an Amtrak railway, and three Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority (MBTA) routes.
As part of the project, they also constructed three circuit alignments between the West Walpole and Walpole substations, installing new foundations and optical ground wire (OPGW).
